Every DJ can download samples, loops, and start to create own music. You need only good soft for it - FL Studio (Fruity Loops), Cubase4 or 5, Ableton, Sony Sound forge or other programmes.

When you are create your music, you must send your demo to net labels. If your music is good for label - A&R-manager will send a letter to you.

If you want to promote your music - you can upload your track into dj promopools, musician networks, such as Myspace, Soundcloud etc.
